What attracted you to your role at JBC technologies?  And what do you like about it now that you are here?

I was attracted to the position at JBC because it offered the challenge of taking on new responsibilities as well as the opportunity to explore new machinery.

I am a person who enjoys learning and being an operator gave me the advantage of expanding my skillset and learning more.  I saw the position as a chance to make a positive impact on the company.

In my role, I get to manipulate machinery to make various parts and be responsible for ensuring the final product meets the needs of our customers.  I also make sure my team follows strict safety regulations.

One of the best parts of working at JBC is the opportunity to learn and grow. I also enjoy the collaborative environment.  And we have a great management crew.

How do you feel you have grown professionally since joining the team at JBC?

At JBC I’ve gained a lot of knowledge and experience. I have also gained a lot of new skills. It has been a great challenge for me since I was not very familiar with these types of machines, but I feel that I have evolved a lot and I have the willingness to continue learning more everyday.

So far, what has been your favorite project ?

My favorite project so far as been learning how to operate the waterjet. Now, my goal is to fully master it.

Tell us about the team you work on.

The team I work on is very responsible. We are good with resolving conflicts and problems quickly. We work together well to achieve the company's objectives.

Can you describe your job/company in three words?
